1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel: Lingerie, underwear, and swimwear.

  • Customized/personalized products: Items with custom engravings, prints, or orders specifically made to your specifications.

3. How to Return an Item

  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully package the product with its original packaging, labels, and any accessories included. Attach the provided return label and ship the item to the address specified in your RA email.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: If you paid by COD, we will process the refund via bank transfer or bKash, based on your preference.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. If the item is returned in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund (as per the guidelines above).
